Understanding Our Policies for Pet Services

Booking & Payment To confirm your appointment and reserve your spot, payment is collected at the time of booking. If you have a special situation or need to make other arrangements, just reach out — we're always happy to have that conversation.

Cancellations We completely understand that life happens. All we ask is at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Behavior & Safety In rare situations where safety becomes a genuine concern, we may need to modify or pause a service, but that conversation will always happen with care and without judgment.

Behavioral & Training Services Real, lasting change doesn't happen overnight. We'll always give you an honest picture of what to expect and what we recommend for your individual pet.

Pet Sitting & Visits Pet sitting is provided through scheduled visits or overnight care, based on whatever we arrange together. Unless we've specifically discussed extended or continuous supervision, visits are scheduled rather than around-the-clock.

Multiple Pets We love a full house! Care for households with multiple pets is absolutely available. Depending on the number of pets, the time involved, and their individual needs, an additional fee may apply — but we'll always discuss that with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Home Access & Environment When visiting your home, we ask that you provide safe and reliable access — whether that's a key, a code, or another arrangement we've worked out together. A secure environment helps ensure that your pet stays safe and that visits go smoothly for everyone.

Emergency Care In any emergency, your pet's wellbeing comes first — always. We will act immediately and decisively in their best interest and will contact you as quickly as possible. Please note that any veterinary expenses incurred are the responsibility of the pet owner.

When a Service Isn't the Right Fit Occasionally, and always with care and honesty, we may determine that a particular service isn't the right fit for a pet or situation. This is never a decision made lightly, and it's always made with the animal's safety and wellbeing at the center of it. Our commitment is to do right by every pet — and sometimes that means being honest about what's best.
